Shandong International Financial Center (IFC), known as the "Mountain Building" among the landmark buildings in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, has a total construction area of 400,000 square meters, 88 floors, and a height of 428 meters. It comprehensively shows the natural landscape of high mountains and flowing water, and will become the tallest building in Shandong after completion.
Construction Difficulties
With transfer floor design and special-shaped structure, each floor of the building has 176 units, including 164 corner and broken line units. Combined with the setback design, it is difficult for the facade to form a complete closed loop, which is a great test for the company's product design and production capacity.

The 12-axis Emmegi at Xintury Huzhou Base is equipped with an electric axis on the CNC module, which can process the full contour of workpieces/materials and continuously and automatically process profiles of 7,500mm in large quantities, so as to meet the mass production of special-shaped products for the project.
Installation Difficulties
With the setting of flowing landscape of high-rise plate structure, the facade needs to cooperate with the change of light color temperature to show the agility of spring water, and take into account the overall drainage.

Combined with past experience, customized special-shaped installation tracks are developed. Through ingenious design and precise calculation, 10,739 prefabricated unit panels are installed on the 108,400-square-meter facade to ensure drainage safety and landscape presentation.
